Discussing with a friend, churches that use "formulas" to be cool/hip/relevant, etc., I told her about this disturbing video you posted. She said, "It sounds like the Holy Spirit is out of a job". Sometimes, with all the "stuff", it's easy for a church to overlook the reason it exists.
